The website collects data about its customers. Kapa Logistics and Trading EOOD will not distribute, sell or provide the data to the client to third parties, except in the cases specified by law.
The client’s data related to payments are received and processed by DSK Bank. The company does not store bank card data.
The client can pay by bank transfer or bank card.
Payment by credit/ debit card through the VPOS of DSK.
Types of cards accepted: debit, credit and business Visa and Mastercard cards
Transactions are carried out through the security programs Mastercard IdentityCheck and VISA Secure.
In terms of security, the maximum amount that can be paid by card is 20 000 euro
We do not store any credit and debit card information.
The return of an amount paid by card is refunded to the same card.
All provided prices are without VAT in Bulgarian levs or euros. If the client is foreign and registered under the VAT Act in the respective country, he pays the offered amount without VAT.
The transport services provided by Kapa Logistics and Trading EOOD are performed by the company or by a subcontractor.
The term for performing the transport service is 30 working days
The delivery address of the transported goods / vehicles is specified before the payment for the service.
Registration on the website is not a mandatory condition for making a payment. Payment is made upon receipt of an offer.
A representative of the company will contact the customer by phone to the number provided by him, after the purchase to specify the details of delivery.
The customer can receive information by phone or e-mail about the possibility to perform the service.
The customer will receive information by phone or e-mail for the exact date and time of delivery of the goods / cars.
The company has a valid CMR insurance, which covers damages caused to the goods / cars during their transportation.
The customer cannot refuse to perform the service when the goods / car are already loaded.
The customer can file complaints by phone, e-mail or letter.
Complaints are serviced within 14 days.
